Different materials are used to meet the requirements of ultra-supercritical large-scale thermal power generation, large petrochemical project process pipelines, high-pressure hydrogenation units and other fields. The specification of the prototype product is as high as NPS24-CL2500, which is the largest specification parameter of similar products in China. The structural features, performance parameters and functional features of the products are fully in line with the international advanced standards API 600, MSS SP-144 and ASME B16.34. The material standards are in accordance with ASME and ASTM specifications, and the inspection tests are in accordance with API 598. The minimum wall thickness of valve bearing parts conforms to the requirements of ASME BPVC-ⅷ and ASME B16.34. The design of all bearing parts is strictly calculated according to API600 and ASME B16.34 standards. Finite element stress analysis is carried out on the valve body, gate plate, valve cover and other important parts to ensure that the integrity and operability of the pressure boundary of the valve can be maintained under loads such as pressure in the medium, temperature variation, pipeline load and valve operating torque.
