The project "Critical Technologies for Shape and Performance Control of Cryogenic Valves and Their Industrial Application in Super-Cold Engineering Fields like Liquid Hydrogen" has been selected for the "Reveal and Lead" special support program. This project focuses on super-cold engineering fields such as liquid hydrogen, vacuum, and superconductivity, aiming to improve the performance and reliability of cryogenic valves under extreme conditions through the deep integration of material science, precision processing, and intelligent manufacturing technologies.
Part Two: Innovation Patents Fuel Valve Technology Revolution
Driven by dual wheels of technological innovation and talent cultivation, the company's postdoctoral research station collaborates closely with prestigious universities and research institutes including Jiangsu University, Nanjing University of Technology, and China University of Mining and Technology. A number of fundamental research patents have been approved, including: a surface modified carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material and its preparation method, and two invention patents such as a cryogenic axial check valve. Five utility model patents have also been approved, including a torque adaptive super-sealed liner plug valve.
Part Three: Software Copyrights Propel Smart Upgrades
The company continues to increase its investment in automation and intelligence. Building on the successful launch of fully automatic flexible production lines and automated production lines, the company is exploring full-process automation. Seven computer software copyrights have been approved, including the "Cryogenic Valve Testing and Detection System V1.0".
